This is a good idea... i think everyone will join but 6000 is a big number

Impossible, all active members on winmatrix wouldn't even complete a 1/10 of that. WinMatrix would need something breaking news and a LOT of 3rd party sites linking to it at the same time to exceed this.

PurplePeopleEater's idea of a chatroom contest debut would definitely increase some traffic especially if we're bribing them with SOMETHING

Look at NeoWin, I mean they have thousands of active users, but alot of their dead users return just for a prize. But the problem would be all of the people just joining to try the contest, and then they leave.

The least stressful way we could do this is by setting a date and time, but like Fedia said, I don't think there are enough active members and guests that are on. The most we've had on was during Endrit's piracy thread, and that was only around a thousand.

It would be awesome if we broke this record though. I'm game!

Yeah i said that 6000 is a big number... It "almost" impossible to do. But if there could be some competition , maybe we could do that.
