Glenn Beck: Cash For Clunkers is a government scam to gain access to your computer.

The U.S. Government has made a website that will trick you to accept a policy and then downloads a software that didnt have anything to do with the policy or website to do. And then will run and show the message:

"When logged on to the CARS system, your computer is considered a Federal computer system and is the property of the U.S. Government. Any or all uses of this system and all files on this system may be intercepted, monitored, recorded, copied, audited, inspected, and disclosed to autorized CARS, DoT, and law enforcement personnel, as well as authorized officials of other agencies, both domestic and foreign."

I am speechless... how the hell have they the right to do something like this?

I can't figure out how to sign up. The only thing I can find to download are PDFs.

I think the website either was hacked or changed. I can't find that button or find that agreement.

Hahaha she sounds like an idiot to me. Just change your IP and your fine. You can remove malware and tracking cookies.

LOL @ 3:56!

"Clunkers" program runs out of cash after only days on the road

The US doesn't have money to spend. Of course that would happen.

@5:00
No shit, once you accept the agreement to that bullshit, the gov. can do what they want, and record what they want. My websites = porn, torrents, but most importantly WinMatrix.

My final thought: That anchor girl (Kimberly Gill, or something) is hot.

Heheh, yea. I didnt even try to go to the website tho. But you could easily get rid of this by reinstalling Windows. But what the f**k is this thing good for anyway? The government breaks the law by installing a program silently and then own your data. This makes me wonder if all the viruses and such are legal too.. Stop Microsoft.. no need to make anymore security hole fixes.. it is now fully legally to compromise the system!

My personal opinion is that this was not the government, but a fraud website that acted like the government. And it's not illegal once you agree to the agreement (which isn't there anymore). It's still illegal for most viruses though, because they are normally silent and you don't have to accept terms (though with some you do :lol: ), so it would be a breech of privacy. But there are other laws viruses break, which is why there are bounties to find out who the creators are.
