Hackintosh: Seven days later down the road

Tried kalyway, got stuck after 4 seconds in darwin. lol
What a coincidence, I happen to have exactly Kalyway_10.5.2_DVD_Intel_Amd
Kalyway 10.5.2 works really well on my computer. And I have an AMD processor. Its really easy to apply patches, just tick the box.
I'd also like to install Leopard soon, but it's a lot harder cause I use AMD, just like dtack68. And it requires patching before installing.
You would probably have more luck with a MUCH newer version. 10.5.2 is old as hell. Newer versions have MUCH better support. Try iPC 10.5.6 with the Voodoo 220.127.116.11 kernel.
So these other releases, are they AMD compatible?
I got iPC 10.5.6 to install on my AMD X2 4200 @ 2.2 Ghz with an ASUS M2N SLi-Deluxe motherboard, 8800GTS 512 mb on a 20 gig partition. I used the Voodoo 18.104.22.168 kernel in place of the 22.214.171.124 stock kernel.
I ended up having to install the graphic kexts inside Leopard.
The newer 10.5 packages have MANY more options than earlier ones, and they include bug fixes that you won't get in earlier updates.
