So many of us know who Ave is. An awesome programmer that makes some of the best apps for Vista and XP. His latest application AveStyler is another one of those applications that are pure gold.

What AveStyler does is patch UXTheme's check for digital signatures in-memory. So you don't have to hassle with replacing the DLL files. Not only that but it gives a preview of both Aero and Basic in Vista and in 7 (preview is a little messed up but you know what's going on)





Even supports DWM Colorization:Color



With such hard work comes a little price. It costs €3 or ~$4 (USD). Trust me it's completely worth it. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes to customize their Windows.

actually, this looks really good. BUT, it should be free.

Aero previews don't even look accurate. Vista tampers with the msstyles images making them look different.

I have full respect for AndreasV and Rafael. I would love to donate to support them rather paying for something which can be done for free.

But we the "pro users" are not AndreasV's target who daily visit WinMatrix and know how to replace dll files for using custom visual styles.

This memory patcher app is meant for those who find replacing system files troublesome and unable to fix their system if something goes wrong.

It's only for $4 so it might sell well. Good luck AndreasV.
