Under "Windows 7 Upgrade Program" anyone who purchase PCs or Laptops pre-installed with Windows Vista between the a certain period, would be eligible for getting a free Windows 7 upgrade. Previously this period was June 28, 2009 to January 31, 2010, now according to TechARP, the Upgrade Program will start two days earlier.
The new dates would be June 26, 2009 to January 31, 2010.
