This is a large file - 2560x1024 - it is a lossless png, not a crappy, artifacty, jpeg. It is a dual screen wallpaper using AveDesk on Vista 64-bit with no visual style added. Everything is hand drawn. Even the light on the wood. The little circle thing is my recycling bin.
