hi this works great, however i have decided i dont need the multi or blank features after using the code to run them is there any code to turn them off?

Hi,
This all looks realy cool, I wamt to try the patch with its multi command.
But before trying, I have 2 Questions!
1. Could I use the higer build version patch on a lower build version of windows7?
2. What happens if someone ends his or her session without properly logging off? Normally their sessions will stay open, Will they automaticaly close if they are not active for a sertain period of thime?

Hello, i have a problem with the patch. It allows you to login on the SAME user from 2 different places, and from the second place you can`t really run anything because all the processes are already started in the other sesion. I was expecting it to allow you to login from 2 different users or tell you that it will logoff / takeover if the user is already logged in.
TLDR : how do I revert the change ?

I'm a pretty old hand at using this beautiful batch on both x86 and x64 W7. Today, however, it stubbornly wouldn't work on an RTM machine that I installed cleanly myself a few months ago (I was using the previous zip, of course, not the one currently posted for SP1). The batch (run as admin, or from an admin command prompt, as I always do, and done several times over) gave every indication of success. It's just that the original file always remained in \windows\system32--or at least ended up back there when I looked
Eventually, I began to suspect it was coming from winsxs, even though I've never seen that happen before, but the problem continued even after I deleted that one manually. I also suspected NAV2011, even though it's on the other machines where I've installed this, but disabling it made no difference.
To get it copied, I put it in \windows\system32 myself, and that worked, but this sure is puzzling.
Eventually, I began to suspect it was coming from winsxs, even though I've never seen that happen before, but the problem continued even after I deleted that one manually. I also suspected NAV2011, even though it's on the other machines where I've installed this, but disabling it made no difference.
To get it copied, I put it in \windows\system32 myself, and that worked, but this sure is puzzling.

Same problem on build 7601. Didn't work until I put manually 32_termsrv.dll to c:\windows\system32\ and renamed it to termsrv.dll (sure after renaming my old c:\windows\system32\termsrv.dll to c:\windows\system32\termsrv.backup) and restarted windows. Hope this will help others.

If you have already applied the patch before upgrading to SP1, you will lose this ability on the upgrade -- and the new SP1 version of the installer that was posted won't work, either, as it thinks that you've already patched. To solve this, delete %SystemRoot%\System32\termsrv.dll.bak and re-run the patch.
To the author -- you might want to re-make the patcher to use a different filename for the backup on sp1 machines?

Thank you so much for creating this script in the first place, it makes Administration sooooo much easier. No longer do I have to kick users off to do simple tasks. And thanks also for finding the .bak issue with prior-patched systems.

hey i applied this patch thinking i could remotely control my PC LCD screen from my laptop. So i open my laptop and connect to my pc through the remote desktop software and it logs off the pc user leaving only a screen to enter a password. But once i enter the password it boots off my laptop remote session! Is this patch suppose to fix this issue or what?
