Got your hands on the Windows 7 beta and want to dual boot it alongside Windows Vista? Here's our step-by-step tutorial to get you up and running with Microsoft's latest OS from APCMag.

We need to shrink the Vista partition on the hard disk and create enough space for an installation of Windows 7. This can be done in three ways - using the GPartEd Live CD, the DISKPART utility on the Windows 7 DVD or the Disk Management utility within Windows Vista.

We're then going to install Windows 7 Home Premium beta on a system running Vista SP1 Home Premium.

1. Create Free Space for Windows 7
2. Install Windows 7
3. Managing the Bootloader (the main part)
