I know nobody cares about Internet Explorer here but for those who are using Windows 7 beta as their main OS and still have some hope left for the next version of IE --- You won't be able to install IE8 RC on your system!

The IE 8 RC is expected to be downloadable by the public any day now.

It’s not really a ‘won’t work’ issue as much as a ‘won’t install issue’ since it is a beta and the goal is to get feedback on the Windows 7 beta itself.

I don't care about the beta or RC but my parents use IE so the final version should be good.

Check my reaction on the IE8 RC1 topic, there is no need to install the same version. ;)

I read somewhere on microsoft's site that you should not upgrade the IE that comes with Windows 7 because it is still in Beta version.
