Hey,
I worked it out, you can use any Windows 7 Beta new and activate by phone.

Step 1) Go to enter a new key, enter one of these :

Step 2) It will say it is already in use, thats ok!, click activate by phone
Step 3) Call that free number
Step 4) Press 1 when it tells you
Step 5) Enter your Confirmation ID, IT WILL WORK!
Step 6) Write down or enter the Numbers given back to you in the space provided on the screen.
Step 7) Enjoy activated Windows 7

It has worked for me AND my brother (different computers)
We live in England so I don't know about the rest of the world, try it anyway.
