I agree with you Fizical many a times i too feel bad when some laborious shell pack artists are blamed of crashing of windows.

My pc works fine with all thew stuff downloaded so i didnt wreck your pc you must not have installed it right or installed for the wrong version of windows and also the shell replacement has an uninstall so if anything happens that shouldnt you can just uninstall and it will install all your old dll files my computer looks just like os x i even have pearpc running on it and other os x application clones on xp sorry if it wrecked your pc but all the files work on my pc so i figured id post them i also have partition my two 260gb hd into 4 partitions on each drive and have xp installed 8 times with all different configurations and different osx styles on all the partitions I have tiger panther jaguar and other styles

thats cool with me.. it just frustrates me to incredible levels when people point the blame to other people then themself for not reading etc.

uh... im sorta having the same problem. my parents dun like me doing customizing and all that but i dun blame those wonderful artists, seriously, i can't resist mi self to those icons and stuff... ive instaled mi xp for the 20th time already so i know not to mess with system files no more esspeicially i hav sp2 rite now. heres a little screen of mi desktop rite now and i want it to look like Mac. can nneone help me. (ps: those patches for .msstyles dun worked for sp2 so im still stuck with royale) and i dun want to buy objectbar as you no mi parents would reject. please tell me whats wrong with mine and what to do with mi L clock.

is there a program that enables it to be like mac: that when u insert a removable drive the icon will appear on the desktop and you are also allowed to drag to the recycle bin and eject???

this is my windows xp macified. I took me a while but i got it done. i did the ichat with trillian pro and skinned it. it runed out really good.

these are the programs i used.

style xp
Object bar
object dock
trillian
yz shadow
rainlendar
rainmeter
samurie
itunes and these icons.

thanks, i love the way it looks. any die hard mac fan couldnt even tell the difference from that picture. but once you go on it its not that hard ot tell.

also. you can tell its xp by looking at the font of the time clock in the top right hand corner. its not panther font. and becuase the ichat and itunes colour is changed.
