ObjectDock(Freeware) or you can use other docks ( I would suggest tabock but it has lots of errors )
Well... you can get some great themes that simulate panther or recently tiger
Wallpapers come with the skins... some!
Get some kewl appp skins like for winamp ... media player

If you already have IconPackager, I have an IconPackage with all the original, authentic Mac OS X icons. If you'd like, give me your email and I could send it to you.
[ Object Desktop ] , which includes IconPackager and many other components, is an essential if you want to have your PC looking Mac-ish. You can also find applications which mimic Panther components at [ Aqua-Soft ] and [ osx-e ] .
edit: I am sick of getting requests to e-mail people the IconPackage. I am not going to send it to anyone from here on. Maybe I'll upload it to a web server sometime, but not now. =as, jan 2006
