One feature of the Windows 7 user experience that wasn’t demoed or even talked about last week at PDC 2008 is called “Aero Shake”. What it does is allow you to shake your application windows furiously, to quickly minimize all other windows, at the same time experiencing a seizure in your hand.

It’s a pretty cool feature that I can see some practical use for it.

I totally agree.

As a matter of fact, instant search was first discovered by microsoft during longorn. Apple then beat microsoft to it and shipped what they call 'spotlight', the instant search feature for Mac, in Tiger OSX. When vista Vista came years leater with instant search built in, the entire world said microsoft stole the idea from apple.

get this: other third parties had made instant search tools for XP after microsoft discovered it, such as
Google's desktop search. When vista came with instant search, microsoft was forced to work with third parties to provide API's to allow them for users to replace the built in windows search with some other third party instant search engine.

No other company in the world has to work with third parties like microsoft does. Poor microsoft! . If not for them, Windows would have built in Antivirus today! Microsoft even has to work with PC manufactures to make sure thier PC's ship vista in it's optimal state!
   :(

Putting all that aside, the new taskbar looks and works really awesome!!! and areo shake seems to be a fun yet practical feature, which make me wanna have it!

When it first came out, MS was like "Yeah, it runs fine with 1gb."

Yeah after they realized "Oh shit. Vista needs more than 1gb."

A little late for that realization...
