Will it overwrite Internet Explorer 7 or will it install separately?
Can I uninstall it later?

Yep. It'll overwrite IE7 but you can uninstall it from Control Panel.

Check IE 8 Gallery, a new website that provides access to accelerators, slices, search addons, toolbars and extensions.

I am very pleased with the way IE8 looks. I think they need a nice download manager to compete with Firefox and Opera.

Well Done Microsoft

Okay, thanks. Any idea how to fix it?

And beta 2 is far better than beta 1 :)

I've been using it since yesterday. It's really faster than IE7.

i wonder if anyone has experienced the problem with java in I.E 8 beta2. it fails to load and java applications always crash while trying to load. no problem with beta1. will try uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that soves the problem.
