Icon Phile is the best freeware icon changer but first you have to convert the PNG to ICO with AveIconifier 2.

can someone please make this into an icon packager pack. i just dont have the time, and i cant find a fulll, good iconpackager pack of osx icons, but this has them, just not in a pack, so i cant do it right
