Ok, lots of people like my desktop reflection, so I modded this, at Lord Devrexter's persistence

a picture says alot, but a Video preview just takes the cake, and because i like cake, here is a video preview!

So yeah, this WILL become a FULL app. I had it modded from the original source and ready to go in about 30 minutes, and like how i said, it is all because of Lord Devrexter, and also vD3(666) also.

See what happens when you pester me?!?!?!

Actually, Devrexter sent me a link to where another person on the internet, at aqua-soft i believe, was trying to do the same.

Ok, sorry yall, but my ego kicked in, screaming "Oh hell no bitch! you aint getting to it before I do!"

So, yall have this. the Gui will get better (looking for a volunteer grfx artist, HINT HINT!) and i will see about overcoming the 1 reflection per running (demo) app limit.

And Devrexter, thanks for challenging me. and no, you cant compress it any further, because there ARE no graphics in the app! Just that one icon!

DONT FORGET> you have to have the FOCUS on the Demo app. and just have the mouse over the part of the app that you want to reflect, then press ALT+A... you can even reflect individual controls, say like just one button on a window!

WOW! 70+ Download in less than 24 hours! LOL! This is why i hosted it on dA, to save Jatin's bandwidth... To bad i have to put the video preview up here, i have no idea on how to do so up at dA...

I have decided that "Reflections" is just it's code name, winner gets to name the app....

Ok, I have updates the Reflections demo, much easier to use now, and a bit more sane.

However, this shows off my total lack of current imagination for UI design, hence why i am running the "Design the UI" contest.

This version still supports only 1 reflection per instance of the app running (that will be resolved soon), but you now have two choices!

Standard Reflection, or Wavy Reflection!

On top of that, it will capture the window info, and you can export from the app's folder a file named "wininfo.txt" to share with your friends, i will make an Export and Merge feature soon, i promise to make this easier.

Yet again XP and Vista compatible :D

Leave comments, they keep me motivated!

Oh yeah, Reflection is JUST the internal code name, winner gets to NAME the APP!

So... yeah. i added in further eye-candy to the eye-candy. Keep in mind, this is JUST a skinning engine demo that i used in the Reflexns demo.

hey, thanks Devrexter, he pestered me. lol, he is a great guy.
thanks for the comment, i just need to now download, like, ALL of the docks, get there hwnd Long's, and i will build in native support for them in the next release...

If any one wants to help out, let me know, and i will make an app that captures the Long's of an app's hwnd, and save it to a file for you to send to me...

damn that would help out a lot...

I had this brilliant idea of trying it on a single cpu comp after disabling the graphics card....
Check out the cpu-usage boss!! :blink: :P But it still looks so nice !!

all i need is graphics and a design mock up, i can code it for sure...

yeah, i did not look at cpu usage. most eye-candy apps do use alot.
