Not bad I think XP users will love this program. All it does really is bring animation when you open a window or close it instead of the window just disappearing.

Devrexster can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix the issue with Lebendig wherebye when you click to close a window it appears to close 2 times in a row. This doesn't happen all the time, but enough to be VERY annoying! Also, could you possibly make it compatible with TrueTransparency? I LOVE this app and am more than willing to donate to your cause!!!! PLEASE.

Skrell , mate I know u have been telling me this many times now. Ok so I will give u a small overview of the problem -

Actually most apps (even explorer) uses some "invisible windows" along with the one u see. If u have a window listing app just open it to have a look at all windows open. U will find some hundred windows even tho u have only say five different apps open. Now Lebendig cannot recognize these invisible windows. For it to do so I will either require it to have an internal database of everything in the windows world which uses "invisible" windows or I will require to make Lebendig into a vista-only app which uses the DWM. Making Lebendig into a vista only app defeats its purpose. So until I have a better solution I think Lebendig is a lost cause.

And dont think u r the only one who wud like me to work on Lebendig. I get many emails everyday about people saying it is the only thing they have seen which can be called a WindowFX replacement on XP. On vista I dont think there has been an app like this(windowfx is buggier than Lebendig on vista). And going by downloads I can see it IS something people are interested about.

So I am as eager as u to find a solution - only thing is I have almost lost hope that there isn't any

Well, i certainly appreciate your explanation of the problem. My apologies if i came across a bit psychotic. I can try doing my own research on the issue. If i understand correctly, the issue is that windows xp has no way of informing you as to which windows are the visible ones?

ofcourse it wont work on x64 coz its not an x64 compile. Its a x86 compile.
If u want to disassemble it and recompile it according to x64 go on I dont have a x64 computer in my country

how ever i use windowfx to do that....

topdesk it's not a x64 app but works pretty good under x64 machines

I've had this installed on my computer before. But for some reason it stopped working one day.

Now when I try TO reinstall Lebindig on my computer.... when I click on the .exe file nothing comes up...
