WinUpdatesList is a free standalone program which displays the list of all Windows updates (Service Packs and Hotfixes) installed on your local computer. For hotfix updates, this utility also displays the list of files updated with these hotfixes. In addition, it allows you to instantly open the Web link in Microsoft Web site that provides more information about the selected update, uninstall an update, copy the update information to the clipboard, or save it to text/HTML/XML file.

This utility works on Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, and Windows XP.
Be aware that for now, WinUpdatesList doesn't work under Windows Vista.

I wish I had this awhile back when I had problems receiving automatic updates and worked with MS to resolve the issue when they could not determine which updates were installed or not by reviewing files I sent to them. Downloaded and will use. Very useful,Thanks

Wow this really helped. It actually could get useful for people who have their patches done and if an update unpatches them they would know and repatch them. It's very useful, and thanks, it's a great tool. Works like a charm, and if you use it compatibility mode for xp sp2 and try it, it worked for me.
