Can anyone upload the visual style only?

I'm running Vista 32-bit SP1

I installed the TP, rebooted when it said to, but when Windows booted up, nothing had changed. Everything looks exactly the same. I even made sure UAC was disabled before installing.

It must have extracted all the files somewhere. You should apply all the skins manually if the installer doesn't work for you.
