Here's something you might want to change:
Limit the available transparency!
Not such a big deal, but when I was fooling around with it, I found myself pulling the slider all the way to the left, unable to find open windows. Stop it when it gets too good :woot: !

Above all, great job! Especially the "Start at system booting" feature!

right-click on systemtray icon ,open up "preferences", click on "+", get windowclass-name or exe file path by moving the "(0)" cursor on the open window of the program u want transparency disabled and, select "disabled" in the transparency setting option at the top , then select "accept" and build up the list this way and enjoy!

runs smooth and flawless
would be awesome if you could add this feature: fade in and out effect on mouse over the windows so when the mouse is over an app its full with no transparency and when mouse out the level of transparency that you have set for the app

I second that! A mouse over effect would be awesome :woot: !!!
Much like the WMP11 "Eclipse V3" skin, or like how gainboy said!
