Description
Desktop Effects is an application that ads special effects to your desktop. Forget the boring static wallpaper, but use a dynamic Photo Slideshow to your desktop. Use your desktop to scribble notes on it.

Effects are simple COM plugins, which allow new plugins to be developed quickly in a multitude of languages and environments. Windows Dreamscene, video-as-wallpaper, can easily be made possible writing a small plugin.

This application is a preview, and will expire on 17 November 2007. It might crash explorer.exe!

For some reason, i don't wanna download this...

Hey... I wanted to try this, but why is there and expiration? Is it just because it's a preview? Because your works like AveDesk don't, and they're really amazing.

Nice preview. I'll definitely use the next version, when you'll remove the expiration

Remove the expiration and I may give it a try. If you remove the possible crash of explorer.exe, then I will definitely.

Aiden: Yeah, you should definitely upgrade your GFX card. Not having a good one restricts you so much. And why is everything 3 to 4 EXCEPT the graphics? Did you build your box yourself?

Unfortunately nothing happened after install for me. I installed, even rebooted, but the app never showed up in my desktop (right click) menu.

Wow, it can become a big hit like your other Ave apps. I like AveDesk and AveIconifier 2 very much.
