Yeah, I've found it.
But I'm having some trouble with it...
Is there a way to edit it's settings?
Because, I want to move it to the top of my desktop, and let it be at normal window level, because it always sits on top of other windows open.

I prefer RocketDock because it is compatible with MobyDock, ObjectDock, RK Launcher, and Y'z Dock skins and you can use ObjectDock's docklets in it.

Same here. I just tried RK Launcher, and didn't like it. So I'm using RocketDock, and love it. :D

ObjectDock Free: Very stable, biggest gallery of skins and docklets/widgets.
ObjectDock Plus: Use it if you like tabs and multiple docks on your desktop, but you have to pay for it.
RocketDock: I think it is the best because it supports all the other dock's skins and docklets.
RKLauncher: I love the Leopard Inspired version. ;)
Y'z Dock: It's distribution is illegal but it is the best if you are looking for a Mac style launcher with lowest memory use.
MobyDock: Not in development anymore at least for now.

You can download a Leopard skin for ObjectDock from here.
Download some icons with reflect effect from here. You can make your own icons with reflection effect with the help of iReflector.

Object Dock Plus is obviously the best Dock software, It isn't free - that's a minus, but it has a LOT more features then any freeware dock! The plus version can support multi docks on desktop, Tabbed Docks, Ability to autohide dock just for maximized applications, More mouse over icon effects, Task grouping, System Tray support, Fly-Out Menus, Hot-Spot activation. But paying 19.95$ for a dock... I don't think so - there is torrent always!

I would say the best one is the one you personally like. For me, nothing beats ObjectDock. I have been using it pretty much since it came out and good stuff is upcoming for it.

Yoni's RKLauncher because it works :) I love the icons and the way it shows every windows perfect when minimized. Doesn't use much of my system resources :)

I used to use ObjectDock on Windows XP, but on Vista I don't use any dock. I'm just a taskbar+sidebar user.
