i got my hands one some old hardware part but i dont know what it is

can anyone help me finding out what it is?

this is the thing plz dont ask for a better picture because its made whit my cam and my camera is not here richt now

It's an Adaptec SCSI controller on PCI bus.
Maybe a 29160.

Btw, you could find the model on the PCB.
