As the world turns to upgrade to the latest and greatest from Microsoft, many let what’s already been available slip their minds. Mac OS X Tiger has been available for quite a while, having many of the same features as Vista currently boasts. But everyone has already talked their way into this and it’s clearly been established. So why not compare what Vista has to offer and what OS X Leopard, the latest release of OS X due out later this year, has to offer?

I'm voting Leopard, because I'm sure it works :)

Microsoft has always been behind. I think Microsoft should of just released a SP3 for XP with the Vista features. At least that would have made the release of the new features worth while and left people with a working OS.

I guess my vote evens out the poll.

I think Leopard will be better once I get over the small 2-week excitement period over just getting Vista. Two things about Vista that turn me off: sidebar and UAC (even though both can be turned off).

I belive that's the codename given to the new UI that apple is working on. Apple's gonna replace good ol' aqua...

Come to think of it, vista sucks...so few people here can run it...the PCs' here aren't that good...1GB of RAM is too much to ask IMO.

That's right Windows is more secure than MacOSX. After Vista SP1 I'll try to use Vista but for now I really hate Windows Vista.

You never know how it will turn out but so far I like vista because it is more practical and I dont know I like the way it looks better.

I've heard Illuminous will feature "a beautiful dark glass theme with transparency". Now what the heck does that remind me of..

Wait a minute...isn't it suppose to be the other way around (not saying Mac users are "dummies!") because Apple tries to establish that Macs are much easier?

On the other hand, it's kind of a tie right now, but Mac OS X Leopard is gaining momentum in my books, so I guess I'll vote for Leopard.
