My problem:

I created a folder, let's call it X. I have several files in X, but now I want to relocate folder X. I get the permission denied message. Downloaded TakeControl and it allows me to take ownership of my files, but not of the folder. I have to make a new folder in the new location, then move all my files over to it. It irritates me that I can't copy and paste a folder that I created. It's the year 2009 for god sake!

Is there some way to make this work besides doing it manually through DOS? Is there a new version of TakeControl out there?

Unlocker should work in this situation.

I don't understand... it's telling me I need to have "elevated privileges." And to "Choose 'Run as Administrator.'" I'm the only user of this computer and have my account set to admin. :<

Is it allowed to add this to 7 Transformation packs? With your name and credits of course. Could save the world a lot of trouble.

Doesn't work for me! I have WIn7 64bit and an ESET NOD32 antivirus installation folder that I want to manually delete.
Even after the Take Control tool says it has performed the Process successfully it still says that I need permission from SYSTEM to make changes to the files.
