How to change folder's text colour?

Rightnow I am using a black visual style.
I want to change the text colour of folders.
Would someone please tell me how I can change it to grey?

I don't think any versions of Windows allow you to change the text color under icons, but I did read somewhere that you can change it with either WindowFX or Microangelo.

I'm not sure if this helps, but good luck. :)
