I would write a letter to nvidia and tell them this, sure they will laugh at you and send it all around the ITT guys but remember your betting on the pitty card, so maybe someone is going to have some pitty and send you a referbished card? I mean what do you have to lose.. self respect? Good luck & sorry for your loss.
