Sure. I think you should use the new one with the globe though. It's better and in style with today. I can redesign it for you if you want. I'm done with my college work for the week, so I have free time to party and create things.

Jatin,
Can you grant me permission to do it?

That I don't know. Especially because some of the features use IE for functioning.
I will see what I can do.

---------------------------
In the mean time, you can use aMSN or Gaim (Should already come with Linux Ubuntu).

Just follow my Beryl and Emerald guide. Once you are done installing Beryl and Emerald, restart your PC and then add the Emerald themes in the System > Preference > Emerald Theme Manager by importing the theme :)

Speaking of Beryl, do you know why when I use the water effect, my FPS drops to around 3-6 and my skydome dissapears? I think it may be a nVidia driver issue, is there a way I can get better (Stable) nVidia drivers, or there some other way (Switch from AIGLX to XGL, etc)? I really like the water effect... :(

"Five ways to use Windows apps in Linux - For most Windows applications, there will be a high-quality open source alternative that can meet their needs. The biggest hurdle for non-Linux people is simply knowing that these alternative exist and how to find them."

Hey Shamus, couldn't I use that or something to install my USB WiFi Adapter?

I think that applications and drivers are two completely different things. I personally don't thing that might work.

This might help you: When I installed Linux on my main machine, the USB adapter wasn't detected at first. So I plugged in a wireless PCI card, booted up, and typed in my WEP key when prompted. Internet worked flawlessly no complicated driver hassles. But under the network settings, it showed that the (RaUSB1) USB device was the one working, while the PCI card (Ra0) was disabled. The light on the PCI card wasn't even on! I unplugged the PCI card, and voila! The card USB was working on its own. Worked after all three Ubuntu reinstallations as well. :)

If I were you, I would buy a Linksys WMP54G v4, which I got on eBay for $13. Works natively with Feisty, which uses the RT2500 driver. But you have to have it plugged in during the installation (so the driver is installed). If you're lucky, it might even enable your USB device. ;)

Hope this helps, and good luck!
