You can integrate software updates into your Windows installation source files. Read this article. It's a bit complicated than using nLite but still I thought of sharing.

@ ThunderROM - when vLite (same as nLite but for Vista) supports addons, you will be able to integrate these in the Vista DVD

i have one question:

he full when I xp with nlite, I have the habit of incorporating driverpacks, ai sometimes in the windows xp without removing anything, the message appears:

Please insert the CD to install the windows xp,
Some files ....
Keep the files unknown in this version?

Yes or no.

Removing, as doing so that this message does not appear?
Recalling that only full the driverpacks, in the manner of files, which he does. Without remove anything by nlite.

Ie: Nlite --> copies of the CD xp for the hd ---> get out there --> load driverpack and it integrates drivers --> open the nlite --> and create the iso.

Thank you, to understand:)

I don't think it's a good idea to integrate the full driverpacks.
I remove ALL drivers with nLite and then integrate only the drivers I need ;)
This way everything is running smoothly :)

hi, i have one question about adding drivers into own xp installaton..

i've selected already-installed drivers from my current sytem as you can see here..
but when i press next button, i get something like this. my question - what do those "regular pnp driver"
and "textmode driver" options mean? what should i select? what kind of future effect will have the first and what kind
the second possibility? the final driver window looks like this. is it right?

nLite is good, but not really useful unless you have a business of pirating windows or just reformats every month.

nice list anyway

Im sorry but....what? If you enjoy the comfort of having your own backup so if your system goes down you don't need to wait for it to install, (ie: unattended), or you don't want to spend HOURS installing your software, this is a very very nice solution. OR you are into the service business where you can pop the disk in, reload windows, unattended and pre-loaded with drivers and programs etc! Either way, your post was neither a) helpful, or B) required. Sorry for the flame but you really do deserve it.

I want to slipstream Microsoft Office 2007 into an XP cd. I know it requires a product key, but is there anyway at all possible that i could slipstream the key into microsoft office and then slipstream the activated MS Office into XP? If its possible please let me know.
