Way Of Keeping Fans On

Hello Is there a way of keeping fans on in a laptop, my laptop goes quite and i dont think there on is there a command or program that can activate them because i think my processer is going bye bye because this laptop is always on so anyone no if theres somthing out there that can do this? Cheers
