Most Vulnerable Operating Systems and Applications
warning.pngNational Vulnerability Database released the list of most vulnerable operating systems and applications (including browsers) in 2014. The number is significantly higher than in 2013 and continues the ascending trend over the past few years. Over 80% of the reported vulnerabilities are in third-party applications. Operating systems are only responsible for 13% of vulnerabilities and hardware devices for 4%.

Small Windows 10 devices won't get the desktop mode
metro.pngWindows 10 devices with screens smaller than 8 inches won't have the desktop mode. These devices will be limited to Metro-style apps. Traditional Windows applications will only work on the devices with 8-inch screens or larger. Whereas the Start screen is dead in the large screen devices. In Windows 10 build 9926, Microsoft has removed the option for launching the Start screen when Windows boots.
